Detailed Cerebro Hall: The heart of the institute features a distinctive blue terminal and printed tiles showing mutant locations on the world map. This is one of the most recognizable elements of the residence, faithful to the source materials.

Movable Sentinel and destruction function: The included large robot figure has multiple points of articulation, and the building is equipped with an "exploding" wall mechanism. This allows for dynamic staging of an attack on the school and simulation of realistic damage to the facade.
