Modular wall personalization: The system of replaceable panels allows for any arrangement of Gargantos' tentacles, portal and billboards on the building's facade. Thanks to this, you can quickly change the setting between the Avengers and the Multiverse of Madness movies.

Compatibility with the Modular Buildings series: The set was designed in the standard of a corner tenement house on a 32x32 board, which allows it to be directly attached to the LEGO Icons city model. This is the first such detailed, completely closed shape of the Sanctum Sanctorum on this scale.

Exclusive cast of minifigures: The set includes 9 characters, including unique variants such as Dead Strange (zombie) and Sinister Strange with a third eye. Collectors will also appreciate the high-quality prints on the Scarlet Witch and Ebony Maw figurines.

Interactive Gate Rotunda: A special slider on the back of the model allows you to physically change the view behind the magical door, transporting characters to different dimensions, such as the mountains or the desert. The interior hides a lot of details, including: a library of artifacts and the iconic Vishanti Seal window.
