Modular design: The building consists of eight separate sections that can be freely rearranged and combined with each other. This allows you to fully personalize the layout of the tenement houses and create unique architectural variations of the Heartlake town.

Wheelchair-friendly elevator: The set includes a functional, movable elevator that allows all characters to access the upper floors. This supports the educational aspect of inclusivity, especially when combined with the included wheelchair character Harper.

Variety of service points: Inside the model there are unique zones, such as a hairdressing salon, a literary cafe and a food market. Each of these places has specific details, including a movable hairdressing chair and richly equipped shelves.

Outdoor skateboarding ramp: There is a mini-skatepark in front of the building, which significantly increases the dynamics of the game and the playability of the set. This allows you to play stunt scenes using the included skateboard and roller skates.
